Enter the dark space. Open your eyes. If you can’t find a candle, look for the light inside you. Consider what you find. Make adjustments. Welcome the new and wondrous. Watch the glow expand.
Now you can see everything.

Beautifully uplifting, Shari…celebrating the light outside and within us. Sometimes it’s easy to forget the gifts and beauty we carry…a touching reiminder. Hugs xx

I like your interpretation, Annika. Readers bring so much to what we write.

Once my husband and I went to have our auras read. That was pretty illuminating. My husband found out he was a healer. I found out I was a drama queen artist (who knew?).
One lady was told she was crazy and would have trouble finding work!

That must have been an experience, Adrienne – I would love to have been the fly. Do you and hubby still talk about it? Have you incorporated it into a story? Or would that be too close to the prediction? The possibilities!
I don’t have the courage to listen to someone tell me my future.

My favorite quote from Edith Wharton: “There are two ways of spreading light; To be the candle or the mirror that reflects it.”

I’ve copied the Wharton quote into my favorite thoughts folder. It reminds me there are multiple ways of doing good in the world, and all are better than doing nothing.
